The operating system for your professional identity
Starting Up brings together your professional identities, clients, projects, tools and integrations — and gives every profession the workspace it actually needs.
One account. As many professional identities as you have — and one core underneath all of them.
Start here
Pick the identity you are building. Starting Up recommends the products and modules that fit it — and everything you add later stays connected to the same core.

Starting Up Core
Every profession, every entity and every product runs on the same core. Your data lives here once. Products borrow what they are allowed to see and keep their own work to themselves.
Your professional identities, companies, brands and projects start here.
Each entity carries its own
One central relationship layer — people and companies, stored once.
Same record, different context
A DJ sees
A consultant sees
Connect once in Starting Up and let connected products use those integrations where your permissions allow — instead of every product asking you for the same account again.
One account system across the whole ecosystem.
One identity that opens several products — the way a single Google or Microsoft account does.
Logos, colours, fonts, brand assets, documents, media and company information — in one place.
Pitch Deck picks up the logo and the colours of the entity you selected. You never upload them twice.
AI is a shared platform capability, not a feature bolted onto one product.
It always works in the context of the entity and the profession you have selected — a DJ's outreach is not a consultant's.
Universal work layer
Underneath every profession sits the same set of tools. Whatever you do, the work, the mail, the money and the relationships behave the same way.
Tasks, projects, work blocks and planning.
Professional communication, connected to CRM, projects and work.
Meetings, work blocks, deadlines and planning.
Invoices, expenses, income, financial overview — and eventually tax.
Branded presentations, portfolios and public share pages.
Relationships across everything you do.
The claim the product rests on
A contact becomes an email, becomes a follow-up, becomes time in your week, becomes billable work. Nothing is retyped, because nothing was ever copied.
Profession workspace 01
On top of the universal layer, a consultant gets the tools the job actually needs — and everything they produce lands back in Work, CRM, Calendar and Money.
Profession workspace 02
Same core, same universal tools, a completely different surface. A promoter is a CRM contact. A booking is an invoice. A release is a project.
The rule behind both examples: a profession tool never invents its own version of a universal object. It makes tasks, contacts, events, files and invoices that the rest of Starting Up already understands.
Product ecosystem
You are not buying one giant application. Each product ships and deploys on its own — and none of them keeps its own copy of who you are.
Identity, entities, CRM, connections, teams, files and access. The part everything else refers to.
Invoices, hours, quotes, banking and tax — for you privately and for each of your entities.
Interactive presentations with a personal link per recipient, branded from the entity you picked.
Tasks, projects, work blocks and planning — the universal layer every profession writes into.
Interviews, workflow analysis, findings, test scripts and implementation planning.
Demos, releases, promoters, outreach, bookings and content.
Events, artists, suppliers, production, planning and budgets.
Offline events, members and turnout — on the same people and companies as everything else.
Integrations
Starting Up is the integration hub. Products ask the core to act instead of holding their own copy of your account — so revoking access is one click in one place, not a hunt through five settings screens.
Starting Up Core
Connections, tokens and permissions live here — once.
A connection is made once, in Starting Up, and reused by every product you allow.
It asks the core to send the mail or read the ledger. The credential never leaves.
Access is granted per entity and per product, and it can be taken back the same way.
One account, many identities
A consultant on weekdays and a DJ at the weekend is one person with two professional identities — not two accounts, two subscriptions and two address books.
Starting Up is the source of truth. Products keep only what is genuinely theirs, and everything they keep points back at a Starting Up entity and the shared CRM objects it belongs to.
Starting Up owns
Products own their own work
Developers
A product registers with the core, authenticates with its own service credential, and may act for a person only where that person's permissions already allow it.
People sign in at Starting Up and arrive at your product already known. No second password.
Every call is authorised twice: the workspace let the product in, and the person is allowed to do it.
Read the entity, the brand and the CRM through the core instead of copying them into your database.
Pricing
The plans land here once the numbers are settled — deliberately no figures that will read differently in a month.
The shape is decided: you pay per workspace, add products one at a time, and what you are allowed to do follows from your plan rather than the other way around.
